I had the pleasure of Art Directing, Storyboarding, and Illustrating the project.
This style is inspired by Vancouver streets, with hand-done and gritty texture work, and darker tones, reflective of the sensitive message.
New leaf project's mission is to help the homeless community in Vancouver.
I did my best to represent the reality of the situation.

Homelessness affects a wide range of people, and it was important to reflect that in my illustrations.
We wanted to reach all that need help, regardless of characteristics.
